“The dog is being allowed some of it's predatory instincts to come out as part of it's attack training and I'm sure it's quite difficult to get the animal to learn to let them out only on command. Not once did he ever hurt the animal, the only reason he even lifted the dog was because it's the easiest way to get it off-balance to pin it to the ground. If he had tried pushing, or sweeping the legs it wouldn't work as well and would possibly injure the animal. This isn't your typical fluffy doggy who just eats, ***** and gets pet... it's a police dog, and it damn well needs to understand he is the boss and only attack on command.

I will try to explain this as simply as I can - like I was talking to an idiot.Health care costs have to be covered some way. However it is delivered, money for it comes from peoples earnings. If you don't pay it as employer provided health insurance, you have pay it in wages so that people can afford their own insurance. If you don't pay is as wages, you have to pay it in taxes as in single payer. If your employees have the benefits but you aren't paying for them then your business is being subsidized by the rest of us.Capish?

It's just whipped-up tabloid rage that managed to break into the mainstream press. I'm not a huge fan of Brown but he does only have one eye and has difficulty writing. Considering how much he deals with in one day it's a bit much to blame him. Saying that, these things should have been checked by an underling as they're just asking to be put in the spotlight considering the current opposition to the war.
