KingGorilla, I find that the otter taint of the northwest is cleaner and fresher than the otter taint of the northeast, which has the distinct taste of bitterness and loss at the slaughter of their ancestors. Depends on what the original poster is implying. From the literal standpoint, they are indeed correct in that someone accused of a violent crime is typically taken into police custody and more often than not, can spend some time in lockup. From an actual conviction standpoint, historically there have been instances where the accused where convicted without physical evidence, this does happen and you can do case searches for it.
